∎ Marine Engineer

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare all ship for commercial voyage.
∎ Overall supervision of ship Operation, maintenance & safety.
∎ Schedule & Unscheduled maintenance monitoring as required.
∎ Ensuring availability of necessary spare parts from local / international sources at competitive price.
∎ Schedule docking & undocking maintain.
∎ Quality of work ensuring for commercial sailing of Vessel.
∎ Strategic plan for Operation, Maintenance for increasing business.
∎ Transparent relationship established between onboard crews & operation office.
∎ Training, development and disciplinary actions for the ships employees.
∎ Oversee implementation of workflow improvements to improve efficiency.
∎ Ensuring positive, transparent & healthy work environment both in shore and onboard.
∎ Ensuring efficient, faster, smooth, reliable and hassle-free operation to maximize profit and reduce costs.
∎ To make business development by new Ship volume / new Ship build & Others.
