Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Professional design experience in designing residential large-scale projects
∎ Prepare detailed measurements, drawings, and layouts using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
∎ Create designs and working drawings for architectural and interior projects, including realistic 3D models and visualizations.
∎ Develop concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings for both residential and commercial spaces.
∎ Design exterior and interior spaces, including retail, office, and furniture layouts, ensuring innovative and functional solutions.
∎ Prepare architecture RAJUK plans and ensure compliance with local regulations.
∎ Utilize advanced tools such as SketchUp, V-Ray Render, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for design presentations.
∎ Create high-quality 3D interior and exterior renderings for client and stakeholder approval.
∎ Oversee all project phases, including design, drafting, site supervision, and execution, ensuring high standards of quality and timely delivery.
∎ Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and workers for seamless implementation.
∎ Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to meet project goals while adhering to budget constraints.
∎ Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and site designs effectively.
∎ Select materials, furniture, finishes, and other design elements that align with project aesthetics and budget.
∎ Prepare cost estimates and ensure strategic decisions meet safety, sustainability, and quality standards.
∎ Develop exclusive interior designs and furniture layouts with attention to detail and creativity.
∎ Provide supervision during implementation to ensure design integrity and client satisfaction.
