∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Skills Required: Budgetary Control, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Interior Design, Organizational Skills, Planning

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Construction, Building Materials, Interior Design, Structural Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate, Architecture Firm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring, following up and managing a diverse group of projects at the advanced development stage (detailed executive phases, schematic design, design development, and construction detail package, issue for tendering and controlling shop drawings).
∎ Analyzing and checking technical solutions, evaluation, and technical package submission (in coordination with several other disciplines), while proceeding with QA/QC methodology at all times.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Should have working experience on high-profile and large-scale projects.
∎ Should have effective project management and team leadership abilities.
∎ Should have extensive coordination experience with clients, contractors, and consultants.
∎ Should have technical ability to resolve architectural solutions through innovative thinking.
∎ Sound knowledge of the latest material and construction methods.
∎ Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous desire to both learn from mentor and others.
∎ Responsible, accountable, and able to foresee risks and solve conflicts in projects.
∎ Working knowledge of 3D and 2D software (Rhinoceros, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, etc.)
∎ Fluent English communication skills (reading and writing).
