Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
∎ Any Reputed University (UGC Affiliated)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: IAB
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform all phases of Architectural works including full construction/ maintenance work supervision.
∎ Capability of full understanding of architectural drawings & design, BOQ, Technical Specifications & Contract documents.
∎ Capable to prepare detailed working shop drawings and make any necessary corrections.
∎ Preparation and implementation of the project schedule as per target set by management.
∎ Coordination with Client, Consultant, Sub-Contractor, Material Supplier/Vendors & Execution team.
∎ Coordinate between site & office management for smooth execution of project works.
∎ Have very good knowledge of Modern materials & Sources.
∎ Monitoring and controlling of material quantities, qualities, etc.
∎ Ensuring work at the site as per design, drawing & quality.
∎ Team work with Civil & assigned co-workers, maintain the co-relation between Architectural & Engineering team.
∎ Perform any other architectural job assigned by the management.
∎ Documentation & reporting & general Office management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have skilled knowledge in Auto CAD & Architectural Software.
∎ Must have membership number of IAB.
∎ Should be ready to join very immediately.
∎ Leadership quality.
∎ Should have physical fitness that shall be necessary for performing assignments.
∎ Positive attitude. Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Organized & disciplined.
