∎ Bachelor of Architecture from IAB accredited leading public and private universities.
∎ At least 15 years of professional experience in prominent design firms;
∎ Registered professional with Institute Of Architecture is required;
∎ Minimum 10 years of professional involvement after accomplishing IAB Membership;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deliver Construction Drawings, Conceptual Design work and Presentations;
∎ Should have independent ability to run multiple projects and have prior experience of having worked on leading projects towards total delivery from concept to completion;
∎ Should be able to work flexibly with teams of interns and architects to deliver work;
∎ Should have reasonably fast drafting, 3D modelling and rendering skills with ability to deliver at a professional level.
∎ Must have the ability to deliver drawings and graphic rendered outputs for 2D and 3D;
∎ Overseeing and managing compliance with BIM standards and TQM requirements;
∎ Should be able to understand, explain and make decisions for and with the aid of MEP and Structural Systems designers with regard to the project.
∎ Should have Knowledge on Building Design Codes, Fire Regulation etc. and familiar with DAP;
