∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Candidate with Masters will be privileged
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and present concepts to present the same to Clients, Contractors and at public forums
∎ Interpret building codes to make decisions and drive the design process
∎ Oversee and manage compliance with BIM standards and TQM requirements
∎ Understand, explain and make decisions for and with the aid of MEP and Structural Systems designers with regard to the project
∎ Work with a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate services and structural drawings and integration of project
Additional Requirements:
∎ RAJUK enlistment as an Architect with IAB membership
∎ Proficiency in software, e.g. Autodesk REVIT, AutoCAD Architecture, 3DS MAX, Google Sketchup, Rhinoceros, Adobe Photoshop
Salary: Negotiable
