Job Context

RB Interior is looking for a talented, creative, and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in architectural and interior design, project execution, team leadership, and client relationship management. The candidate must be capable of developing innovative design concepts and ensuring successful project execution in accordance with client requirements and company standards.

Job Location: House No. 08, Main Road, Block-F, Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka-1219.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.

• Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, 3D designs, layouts, and presentation materials.

• Supervise and coordinate architectural and interior design projects from concept development to final execution.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and site activities.

• Lead and coordinate the design team to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

• Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and present design proposals.

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress and ensure that design specifications are properly implemented at the project site.

• Review drawings, materials, and design details to maintain quality and accuracy.

• Identify design and execution challenges and provide effective solutions.

• Ensure that all projects comply with relevant building standards, safety requirements, and company guidelines.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: BDT 30,000-40,000 (based on experience and competency).
