Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture from any Reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting with prospective clients in order to understand the complete scope and depth of their requirements.
∎ To be able to develop and present complete solution package for our prospective clients with help of other departments such as R&D
∎ Delegate work to junior members of the team and ensure timely work submissions
∎ Prepare estimate, costing, submitting the quotation & interpretation of the technical specification with help of colleagues
∎ Should be responsible for Design & Production to ensure accurate sample submission
∎ Prepare layout, designs, art work, sketch in various formats
∎ Maintain proper communication with factory managers and site engineers to ensure clients are fully satisfied
∎ As and when required to visit client project site and factory in Katchpur
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in making formal presentation will be beneficial
∎ Working knowledge in furniture and interior design will be preferable
∎ Females candidates are highly encouraged
