∎ Skills Required: 3d Modeler, 3dStudioMax, Adobe Illustrator, Architecture, Autocad, Interior Design, SketchUp

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Max, Adobe Illustrator, Auto Cad, Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Interior Design, LUMION, SketchUp, Structural

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Client meeting presentation, understanding Client needs and Develop Design Concept for the Company and Clients.
∎ Prepare Interior/Architecture Design concept, plan, elevation, detailed working drawing, 3D Visualization and Cost Estimation.
∎ Able to make models, complete construction documents, assist building plan and material presentation.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Design & Drawing.
∎ Have to resourceful and creative problem solver.
∎ Candidate must need to visit project site and supervision of working progress.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
