Job Context:
∎ Fortress Developments Ltd (FDL) is a leading real estate development company and a sister concern of Fortress Group. FDL specializes in the design, construction, and management of high-quality residential and commercial properties. We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.
∎ As a Senior Architect at FDL, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire architectural design process, starting from concept development to project completion. You will collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of design excellence, functionality, and sustainability. Working closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams, you will ensure the seamless integration of architectural plans within the overall project development.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the architectural design process for FDL projects, including conceptualization, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
∎ Develop innovative and practical design solutions that meet project requirements, adhere to industry standards, and align with FDL's design principles.
∎ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to integrate architectural plans into the overall project development process.
∎ Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information, evaluate existing conditions, and ensure compliance with design specifications and local building codes.
∎ Prepare and review architectural drawings, renderings, and specifications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project requirements.
∎ Coordinate with external consultants, including structural engineers, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) engineers, and landscape architects, to ensure design coordination and integration.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design and construction to incorporate innovative and sustainable solutions into projects.
∎ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
∎ Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Monitor project progress, identify design-related issues or challenges, and provide timely solutions and recommendations to ensure successful project delivery.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record of successfully leading and managing architectural design projects from concept to completion.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
∎ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Demonstrated ability to balance design aesthetics with functional and technical requirements.
∎ Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED certification will get preference.
