∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Interior
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Able to work under pressure, building design, Detailing, Exterior, Interior Design, Project presentation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with Detail Working drawing.
∎ Excellent graphical representation skill.
∎ Good 3D visualization and rendering skill.
∎ Should have experience in Photoshop rendering.
∎ Innovative and skilled in design development.
∎ Develop concepts and detailed design and drawings.
∎ Have the passion about green architecture.
∎ Assist senior architects.
∎ Periodic supervision of ongoing work.
∎ Coordinate with other departments.
∎ Drafting the drawings as required.
∎ Can work under pressure.
∎ Have the mentality to buildup strong professional team.
∎ Research & source materials independently according to the project type & budget.
∎ Prepare detailed working design & specifications from start to finish.
∎ Any design related duties can be assigned by the authority.
∎ Skilled in Auto Cad 2D, 3D, Sketch Up, Lumion and Photoshop.
∎ English language proficiency is must; both spoken and written as all projects will be done mutually with Client's and Engineers from abroad.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ English proficiency
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Sound knowledge in modern Architecture and Interior Design, drawing and must have interior related materials idea.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Project wise Incentive Bonus.Extra effort based bonus.
