Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Arch.) in Architecture ( BUET or KU ).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for hiring a Sr. Architect who will lead the department of Architecture with excellent skills.
∎ Employment Status: Full Time
∎ Part-time (at least 3 days a week)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To coordinate with consultant and clients about ideas, design and drawings.
∎ To guide in house architectural drawings, 3D, animations, modifications, interior design.
∎ To coordinate with construction team for design, drawing and work status purpose.
∎ To coordinate with contractors and construction workers to implement Architectural designs on site visit.
∎ All kind of Concept development & design preparation for interior as well as exterior.
∎ Prepare presentation/ technical proposal/ sample board to respective clients for approval.
∎ To guide the detailing of any Layout/Design for proper Estimation as well as execution.
∎ Determine project function and conceptual costing as per client's demand.
∎ Organize working team for site survey and give them directions.
∎ Monitoring drawing process based on field measurement.
∎ Distributing work among Architects and CAD Operators.
∎ Specify material specification.
∎ Follow up costing process.
∎ Market Analysis for proper product knowledge and provide new product/concepts.
∎ Proficient in Architectural planning.
∎ Calculation of FAR.(DAP 2022-2035)
∎ Guide preparing sheet for RAJUK / Other Authorities.
∎ Clear concept on Interior & Exterior drawing & design.
∎ Any other task assigns as when required by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Analytical Thinking, Graphic Designing 3D Visualization, Land and Legal, Numeric skills, basic knowledge on 3d max with V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, LUMION, Microsoft Excel, MS Office, SketchUp to demonstrate the concept.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architectural Firm, Property Developer.
∎ Clear Knowledge about FAR, BNBC and other related rules and regulations & calculations of RAJUK sheet.
∎ IAB membership is mandatory
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
∎ Team work with Architect/ Civil and assigned co-worker, Maintain the Co-relation between Architectural and Engineering team.
Salary: Negotiable
