We serve clients globally, offering them personalized support and expert guidance. As we expand, we’re looking for energetic, client-focused professionals to join our Client Service team.
∎ This role is critical in ensuring client satisfaction, handling queries, and supporting onboarding and retention processes.Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
∎ Ensure professional and helpful communication at all times.
∎ Assist clients with account setup, deposits, and platform use.
∎ Provide after-sales support and resolve issues promptly.
∎ Gather client feedback and suggest service improvements.
∎ Coordinate with sales and tech teams to solve client problems.
∎ Keep client records updated in the CRM system.
∎ Educate clients on trading tools and robot usage.
∎ Follow up with leads and support marketing efforts.
