Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the efficient and effective management of all security section at Factory Premises.
∎ Should be capable to handle a large number of security forces of the factory.
∎ Responsible for all the security staffs activities.
∎ To manage and provide effective leadership to the security team and ensure that resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated to key areas of work and those priorities are always covered adequately.
∎ Develop and maintain Security Operations Manual up to date for use by all on site security personnel to cover duties.
∎ Observe each post, attendance, uses of security equipment, dress code, training etc.
∎ Initiate all security clearances and maintain appropriate records. Monitor CC TV operations at factory.
∎ Ensure basic training of security guards. Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and Departments responsibility in an emergency.
∎ Any other task assigned time to time by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Retired Army non commissioned officer will be given preference.
∎ At least 08-10 years of experience in security management.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Sound knowledge of security protocols and procedures
∎ Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in high-pressure situations
∎ Need to be detail-oriented and able to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities
∎ Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
∎ Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
