Job Context:
∎ Designation: Manager
∎ Department / Division: Cancer Hospital
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and protect company assets through the development and implementation of security protocols
∎ Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
∎ Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards. Make sure that staff follow security procedures and guidelines through training programs and assessment
∎ Ensure the safety of staff and customers within the workplace
∎ Review reports on incident and breaches. Investigate and resolve issues.
∎ Create reports for management on security status

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Major (Retd.) of Bangladesh Army or ex- SP / ASP of Bangladesh Police
∎ Ability to monitor surveillance systems and respond to emergency situation
∎ Working knowledge of any required computer programs and security technology
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Committed and reliable.

Salary:
∎ 40,000 BDT (Negotiable)
