Location: Sector 15, Uttara, Dhaka
Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning and maintenance activities of housekeeping staff.
Ensure all classrooms, offices, washrooms, and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the school premises.
Inspect cleaning work regularly and provide necessary guidance to the staff.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the school administration promptly.
Train, motivate, and monitor the housekeeping team for better performance.
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professionalism among the staff.
Requirements:
Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent qualification.
2–3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision (experience in school, hotel, or institutional settings preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be honest, disciplined, and physically fit.
Willing to work early mornings, weekends, or extended hours if required.
Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
