Additional Requirements:
∎ Educational requirements: Master’s degree in any discipline.
∎ Proficiency in English reading and writing is a must for this position.
∎ Experience requirement: One year of experience in a similar position in the IQAC Office/Department preferably at any private university.
∎ Note: Selected candidates may be recruited as an Officer or Assistant Officer based on experience and may be placed in any Department/Office of the university.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and administer the day-to-day activities of the office;
∎ Develop policies, procedures, and systems that ensure productive and efficient office operation;
∎ Organize different conferences, seminars, workshops, and meeting;
∎ Organize to conduct an Institutional Quality Assurance Survey and other survey;
∎ Prepare different kinds of reports and documents;
∎ Maintain proper filing of the documents of the office;
∎ Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and general emails;
∎ Process to procure and orders and maintenance of equipment, materials, and office supplies;
∎ Provide all types of administrative and logistics support to the External Peer Review Team;
∎ Provide administrative support to academic and non-academic departments/units for accreditations;
∎ Take meeting minutes for team meetings and other meetings as required;
∎ Undertake and assist in the recording and processing of invoices, receipts, and payments as required and instructed;
∎ Coordinate with different academic and non-academic departments;
∎ Maintain the central filing system, general database, and archive of the office;
∎ Compilation and preparation of the reports for the Academic Council;
∎ Take responsibility for working for various committees of the university;
∎ Other responsibilities as assigned by the university authority;
