∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Company Secretarial Work
∎ Maintaining daily schedule, appointments and contacts
∎ Management and In charge of all front desk operations
∎ Attending incoming and outgoing calls if any
∎ Responsible for dispatching courier mails and keeping a record of them
∎ Maintenance of Visitor & staff Registrar (import to Access Control systems).
∎ Maintenance of Attendance Report/registrar
∎ Act as in-charge of the staffs (OA, Driver, Cleaner) and allocate their jobs.
∎ Any other responsibility directed by Top Management
∎ Manage logistic issues of the department;
∎ Maintain a safe and secure work environment ;
∎ Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment;
∎ Handle day to day administrative matters of the organization;
∎ Checking all kinds of bills & vouchers.
∎ Making payments to vendors for goods and services timely.
∎ Preparing Bank & Party reconciliation statement monthly basis.
∎ Preparing monthly sales, purchase, inventory, and cash flow statements.
∎ Preparing daily expenditure summary sheet and cash denomination sheet.
∎ Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions as needed.
∎ Generate various finance and accounting related reports.
∎ Maintain petty cash fund for disbursements and keep proper records and keep department property ledger up to date.
∎ Updating the Accounts in software on a regular basis.
∎ Well documentation of all accounting and financial papers.
∎ Forecast accurate finance requirements in driving business growth.
∎ Ensure cash advances are monitored and cleared on a timely basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Conversant with the (MS-Excel, MS-Word with English and Bangla Typing)
∎ Friendly, cheerful and helpful
∎ Ability to handle multi-tasking & prioritize the work
∎ Ability to work well under pressure
∎ Good social and interpersonal skills
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in English
