Job Context:
∎ The Association of Bangladesh Private Sector EPZ is currently seeking an ambitious individual to join the team in the role of Secretary to Private Sector EPZ Association.
∎ The incumbent will provide full administrative and secretarial support to the President to ensure the smooth management of his day to day affairs, and most effective use of his time. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing all secretarial and coordinating activities of the Association President’s Office.
∎ Efficiently manage appointments and schedules for the Presidents.
∎ Organize meetings & take notes/minutes and distributes to the Members.
∎ Manage the travel plans and Itineraries for the President and other Board Members.
∎ Proficiently handle all the correspondence & communications in written and verbal within Bangladesh and abroad.
∎ Efficiently handle all emails and make sure all emails are monitored and followed-up.
∎ Extremely organized and diligent in handling office matters and communicate all levels of Executives in polite manner.
∎ Coordinate & liaise with all Government, Semi Government and Autonomous body/ establishment.
∎ Prepare documents, reports and presentations for the President.
∎ Maintain records including data management and filing.
∎ Preserve a high level of trust & confidentiality.
∎ Any other jobs related to secretarial and coordinating services to President office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in working for local or multi-national Association in similar position.
∎ Smart, Young, Dynamic and self-motivated.
∎ Strictly adhere to the principle of trust, integrity and confidentiality.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, Calendar management skill and be able to effectively interact with people across all levels.
∎ Meticulous, trustworthy and capable in multi-functional routine tasks as well as private and confidential matters.
∎ A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize.
∎ Fluent in written & spoken in English.
∎ Willing to travel outside country as and when required.
∎ Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
