Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline having good command in English.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ For taking up the responsibility of secretarial job of a reputed international chamber of commerce and industry.
∎ Organize and prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees and annual general meetings (AGMs).
∎ Take minutes, draft resolutions and lodge required forms.
∎ Follow up on actions from meetings.
∎ Oversee policies, making sure they are kept up to date and referred to the appropriate committee for approval.
∎ Maintain statutory books, including registers of members and directors.
∎ Report to the president and often liaise with board members.
∎ Maintain professional / formal communication with various govt. or non govt. organization as and when required.
∎ Follow up and monitor protocol service, visa, air ticket booking, hotel reservation when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have skills on MS Office, Internet & E-Mail.
∎ Minimum 2-3 years practical experience in same position in any renowned organization. Retired govt. officers will be given preference.
