Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC (Science) / HSC (Science) preferred
∎ Minimum 15 years experience in Cardiac Cath Lab as Scrub Nurse/Circulation Nurse/Cath Lab Technician.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As Scrub Nurse (Cath Lab) the incumbent, under general supervision of the charge nurse, is responsible to the Manager, Nursing Services for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual care plans,
∎ He/she carry out patient care and co- ordinate with related departments within limits of patient care issue in a particular shift.
∎ He/she will be responsible for assessing patient's needs of personal hygiene, scheduling appointments, ordering and administering medication as prescribed and attends to all other needs of the patient.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Overall performance will be formally assessed and reviewed regularly, with additional assessment taking place as necessary. Key assessment criteria are as follows:
∎ Demonstrated competency in the patient - focused care and problem solving Commensurate with the ICHRI Competency Standards.
∎ Demonstrated ability to contribute and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
∎ Demonstrated involvement in professional development of self and others.
∎ Knowledge of and involvement in evidence based practice through quality improvement.
∎ Punctuality in attendance and attention to patient care.
