Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and monitor different phases of clinical trails
∎ Evaluate the toxicological study protocols and reports
∎ Protocol development and submission for clinical trail
∎ Support principal investigator (PI) in seeking ethical trail
∎ Monitoring progress throughout the duration of the trial
∎ Designing trail materials and supplying to study centers
∎ Ensure quality assurance during data collection
∎ Train study team on contents of questionnaires
∎ Supervise data collection process, data compilation for field for monitoring
∎ Participate in meetings and provide necessary instructions to project staffs;
∎ Prepare documentation and share it with supervisor routinely in order to execute activities in accordance with research protocol.
∎ Assuring timely completion of studies.
∎ Monitoring data for safety and efficacy trends by reviewing clinical data.
∎ Provide conceptual insights to statisticians for data analysis as well as for elaborating results.
∎ Writing clinical reports upon completion or termination of studies.
∎ Preparing manuscripts for technical journals and making presentations at scientific meetings.
∎ Meeting with sales and marketing team for sharing the clinical information.
∎ Liaising with doctors, scientists and health professionals.
∎ Regular health check-up and reporting.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age upto 35 years
∎ Should have good command both in Bangla and English.
∎ Should be proficient with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, Web-based Application and Strategic Software.
∎ Mentally prepared to over stay and shifting duty (if necessary).
∎ Must be a team player, and patient, honest and modest in behavior.
∎ Should be able to think out of the box.
∎ Track record of receiving external funds for research entailing population-based studies;
∎ Strong publication record in international peer-reviewed journals in a relevant field;
∎ Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
∎ Should possess high-level ethics and integrity.
∎ Long-term dedication with a minimum of 5 years’ continual service is essential.
