Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (Molecular Biology and Biotechnology), other related training will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The laboratory standard operating procedures and Maintain SOPs of test protocols, make plans for validation of new or modified tests for adoption, analyze data and prepare reports.
∎ Maintain and operate lab equipment; able to detect malfunctions as they occur and troubleshoot and report it to supervisor accordingly.
∎ Adhere and adapt to quality assurance and quality control procedures in performing all testing.
∎ Work closely with all laboratory personnel to ensure timely client service and accurate test results.
∎ Protect patient and client confidentiality in all situations. Complies with laboratory safety procedures.
∎ Maintain inventory of reagents using inventory software available in the lab.
∎ All tests Processing, labeling, and storage of the samples before analysis as per SOP.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 01 years of professional working experience in a Molecular Lab (RT PCR Covid-19).
∎ Candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office
∎ Should have good command on English & Bangla with good speaking and writing skill
∎ Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and hard-working
∎ Should have good interpersonal & presentation skills
