∎ Promoting a positive school culture and environment.
∎ Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of teaching and learning.
∎ Managing the day-to-day operations of the school.
∎ Overseeing budgeting and financial management.
∎ Ensuring compliance with educational regulations and standards.
∎ Handling disciplinary matters and student behavior.
∎ Managing staff, including hiring, supervising, and evaluating teachers and support staff.
∎ Collaborating with teachers to design and update the curriculum.
∎ Ensuring curriculum alignment with educational standards.

∎ Communicating with parents and guardians about student progress.
