Job Context:
∎ The role will provide a point of reference for all associated SCADA installation design activities
∎ Responsible for the delivery of SCADA installation designs associated with project
∎ Monitor device changes, investigate and document change reasons
∎ Provide regular updates to the business leadership team on project progress and escalate as necessary to remove issues
∎ Drive business case optimization and value engineering initiatives for SCADA offerings
∎ Responsibility for next generation SCADA products
∎ Establish ongoing relationships and effectively communicate with all levels of plant and corporate employees and management
∎ Assist in providing training on plant SCADA systems
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bachelor's in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Technical, Education, Computer Engineering, Information Technology. (Master's Degree Preferred).
∎ Working knowledge of national electrical and safety codes and practices
∎ 5-7 years of experience in a similar field.
∎ Understands SCADA development lifecycle
∎ Support systems via remote computer access, providing phone support to on-site operations
∎ Knowledge and proficiency in operation and maintenance of MS Windows based computers, MS Office applications
∎ Must be self-motivated with the ability to work alone, with multiple teams consisting of operational staff, client managers, vendors, and contractors via on site presence, telephone, and email.
