Job Context:
∎ Our company is looking for an experienced Sandblaster or Blasting Operator to join our work team. While you do not need to be a journeyman painter/sandblaster to apply, we do expect applicants to have some training with the heavy equipment, grinding tools, and power tools that you use during this process. In addition to operating the blast booth and unloading the cabinet, you may also be asked to help with painting or coating tasks after you have successfully removed the unwanted substances from the surface.
∎ We are seeking a Spray Painter to paint or touch-up automobile parts. In this position, you will use a variety of industrial equipment, including a spray gun. You will tape off windows and other details of the car, spray a layer of paint, and apply finishing touches to the vehicle. In some cases, the car will already have a layer of paint, which may impact how you spray on the new coat. Our ideal applicant has experience as an apprentice under a Spray Painter, and general automobile and painting experience.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Remove dirt, paint, grease, and other built-up material from surfaces
∎ Set up and operate a blast booth or similar equipment
∎ Load and unload the blast cabinet
∎ Assist with painting or coating as needed
∎ Apply and remove non-skid materials as needed
∎ Cover windows and crevices that do not need paint
∎ Prepare the surface
∎ Spray a layer of primer
∎ Spray the first layer of paint, checking for thin spots
∎ Apply a layer of clear coat to ensure a long-lasting finish
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 45 years
∎ Previous sandblasting experience or training
∎ Experience working with or removing heavy metals a plus
∎ Physical stamina
∎ Flexible schedule
∎ Familiarity with power tools
∎ Completed apprenticeship
∎ General painting experience
∎ Automotive experience
∎ An eye for color
∎ Overseas experiences are preferable.
Salary:
∎ Salary Offer: Euro 1,600 - 2,000 + Overtime

∎ Working Days: 6 days/ 48 hours a week
