Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage day-to-day salon operations efficiently.
∎ Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring high performance and excellent customer service.
∎ Plan and execute promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
∎ Monitor inventory and manage stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
∎ Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Maintain financial records, including budgets, revenue, and expenses.
∎ Recruit, train, and evaluate salon staff as needed.
