Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily salon operations, including staff scheduling and customer service.
∎ Train, mentor, and supervise salon employees to maintain high service standards.
∎ Ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, and fully operational at all times.
∎ Stay updated on beauty trends and services to enhance the client experience.
∎ Assist customers in selecting services and beauty products tailored to their needs.
∎ Handle cashier responsibilities, process transactions, and maintain daily financial records.
∎ Manage inventory, track supplies, and coordinate with vendors for timely product deliveries.
∎ Manage salon's social media presence by posting daily stories and updates with creativity
∎ Enforce salon policies and ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment.
∎ Ray Beauty Studio is looking for a dedicated and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure a seamless salon experience for our clients. This role requires overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining salon hygiene, handling cashier duties, and delivering top-tier customer service.
