Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Have deep knowledge on solar on Grid off grid Hybrid system installation & design.
∎ Conduct site inspection and Audits to identify Quality.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identity risks, conduct root cause analysis & implement corrective & preventive actions to enhance project performance.
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies regarding Security system, Electrical, Solar and relevant sectors.
∎ Identify target markets, analyze customer needs, and devise effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
∎ Demonstrate a deep understanding of Company’s products and their applications about Security system, Electrical and Solar Solutions.
∎ Provide technical guidance and support to customers, addressing their specific requirements and suggesting appropriate solutions.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with Corporate, residential and commercial clients.
∎ Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to display the capabilities of IESL’s customize Products and Solutions.
∎ Collaborate closely with product development team to provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends.
∎ Execute sales strategies to meet sales target.
∎ Leading sales team to obtain assigned targets by management.
∎ Formulate periodical targets and optimize accordingly.
∎ Hitting monthly targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends and needs.
∎ Identify potential markets/ clients along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Corporate Marketing Strategies.
∎ Manage and Monitor daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
∎ Monitor existing competitor activities and compete accordingly.
∎ Maintain a database of customers and nurture them to become potential clients.
∎
