∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Have a good knowledge and interest in skincare products/makeup items/brands.
∎ Good communication skills in both Bangla and English are needed.
∎ Have to be polite and patient while dealing with the customers.
∎ Any experienced applicant will get priority.
∎ Moderators or owners of other skincare/makeup selling groups will not be allowed.
∎ Fast typing skill (both in English and Bangla)
∎ Having previous experience in this field will give you more preference.
∎ Dynamic in nature and passionate about serving the customer in any situation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor page activity, including comments, messages, and reviews.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Engage with followers to build a strong community and increase brand loyalty.
∎ Answer product-related queries and guide customers on purchasing.
∎ Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and return/refund processes.
∎ Escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
∎ Provide regular reports on customer feedback, trending issues, and competitor activities.
∎ Suggest improvements for better customer engagement and brand reputation.

∎ Duty Time: 9am - 6pm (Office)
