Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service for our cosmetics showroom.
∎ Candidates with strong communication skills who can deal with our customers in an excellent manner will stand out. She has to be smart enough having a good knowledge about skincare & beauty products. She will be identifying our client needs & answer their questions about our products, services and recommend solutions. In addition, she will be doing facebook live from our fanpage. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting and directing customers
∎ Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
∎ Answering customers' questions about specific products/services
∎ Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 to 2 years practical working experience in the same or similar position in any company.
∎ Should have basic computer knowledge of MS word, excel, internet browsing, e-mail, social media etc.
∎ Should have strong knowledge about cosmetics & beauty product.
∎ Must be presentable in appearence.

Salary: Negotiable
