Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors, Diploma in Civil in any discipline
∎ Bachelor/Honors.
∎ Diploma in civil engineering preferred.
∎ HSC pass maybe acceptable for highly experienced and target oriented candidates

∎ Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer.
∎ Ensure progress in the sales process and create strategic proposals to meet potential clients.
∎ Should have capable to drive motorbike.
∎ Proven experience in Concrete Block Products sectors.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure sales through the Distributor channel, corporate channel, Contractor (govt. NGO, individual).
∎ Track competition's strategies and activities to recommend necessary actions on the company's behalf.
∎ Assist in new product sourcing for clients and companies.
∎ Ensure sales are of quality (at the approved rate, approved credit period, and has proper collection rate).
∎ Carry out frequent field visits to ensure customer conversion. Maintain proper communication with the customer to stimulate customer conversion. Submit proposals to potential clients for customer conversion
∎ Coordinate with other related departments to ensure availability of products, product requirements, customer requirements, etc. to ensure minimum lead time and maximum customer support.
∎ Coordinate with production, Quality assurance, Engineering, and Technical departments for smooth execution of order.

The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, manage a sales team, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
∎ Product Details: Hollow Blocks and Concrete Bricks, Rectangular Blocks, Trihexagonal Pavers, Drainage Blocks, Ceiling Blocks, Unipavers, Kerbstones, Tiles, Surface Covering CC Block, Ready-made boundary wall, Pre-Stress concrete product etc.
