Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE, CSE, ME, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Diploma in Engineering in Electrical, Computer and power

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): customer care management, Customer Handling, Customer Relationship Managment, Customer support Service, Receptionist/ Front Desk
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Responsible for marketing of Food & Beverage Machinery,Pharmaceuticals Machinery,Plastic Industries Machinery, Chemical Machinery & Spare parts.
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Prepare price quotation & final offer submission .
∎ Regular follow up with existing & potential clients .
∎ Achieve the daily meeting target .
∎ Ensure after sales and service.
∎ Work with energetic marketing team and follow the instruction of marketing head provide market research to support strategic planning.
∎ Coordinating sales project, solving client project ,helping client with any issues and offering after sales service.
∎ Prepare daily / weekly / monthly report and submit to the concern authority on a regular basis .
∎ Sales & Technical support staff to meet the progress of sales target achievement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Looking good and well presentation.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to reflectivity communicate with internal and external customers.( in Bengali, Hindi & English, both written and oral ).
∎ Should be energetic, self-disciplined, initiative taker, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and committed to the job.
∎ Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Excellent computer proficiency ( MS office - Word,Excel, power point and outlock).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Care, Frond Desk and customer handling.
