Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and maintain clients relationship.
∎ Accelerate Sales and Marketing activities.
∎ Meet the Sales Target.
∎ Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition.
∎ Prepare sales presentation
∎ Daily and weekly report to the management.
∎ Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department.
∎ Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
∎ Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-10 year(s) in selling of chemicals/raw materials for industries either from trading house or indenting company.
∎ Fluent in English & Bangla
∎ An Excellent communication skills
∎ Ability to take sales challenge
∎ Ability to improve continuously
∎ Have capable to run sales team.
∎ Willing to walk in the field and have negotiation skillness.
Salary:
∎ No bar on really deserving candidate for the growth of company business.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile Bill, Tour Allowance.
∎ Salary Review based on yearly performance
