Responsibilities & Context:
Set sales targets and plans; track revenue, orders, and customer growth.
Find new customers and maintain relationships with sweater brands, factories, knitwear producers, and sourcing teams.
Understand yarn types, fiber blends, colors, gauges, quality, and suitability for different sweater designs.
Prepare samples, product presentations, quotations, and pricing proposals; negotiate terms and close sales.
Coordinate with product development, production, and sourcing teams on yarn availability, specifications, testing, costs, and delivery timelines.
Monitor orders and customer feedback, resolve supply or quality issues, and help ensure on-time delivery.
Track market demand, competitor activity, and customer needs; report sales performance and forecasts to senior management.
Lead or support the sales team, including setting priorities and coaching staff.
