Job Responsibilities:
∎ Suggest skin care products to customers with full information at Showroom & Facebook messenger, Instagram, and over the phone.
∎ Main point of contact for any product, promotional offer, distribution, delivery, internal/external customers' query.
∎ Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
∎ Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
∎ Always remain updated about different promotional offers, price information, brand activities, and other information required to answer any queries of customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
