Job Responsibilities
Learn about the products in detail and ensure adequate knowledge sharing about the items with the customers to make them decide on their purchase happily.
Ensure proper presentation of the jewelries in the shop floor.
Arrange storage and replenishment of the stock properly.
Understand customer's need, recommend the right products and ensure outstanding service to them.
Resolve any issue of any customer regarding the products or services.
Approach potential customers, offer advice and help hesitant customers to make a decision and try to close the sales.
Be alert in the store all the time to prevent store thefts.
Execute daily/weekly/monthly sales target.
Ensure the physical stock count every week of the designated inventory.
Ensure the quality checking of assigned stocks every week.
Ensure adequate data to complete the customer database and support the Marketing Coordinator on any kind of customer related information.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Head of Business.
