Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering background with a minimum 2 years of significant working experience and proven record in Power Transmission, Bearing, Automotive Spare Parts or a related technical industry.
∎ Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Able to work independently, self-driven and with positive attitude.
∎ Good at English and local language fluent in both written and spoken.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly visit end user customers and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales figures.
∎ Accountable for meeting sales targets and marketing objectives as well as new market exploring and developments.
∎ Possess drive, motivation and attention to details ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored.
∎ Gathering market information on customer's activities, projects and sales forecasts.
∎ Assist customers on any technical issues and building good rapport with customers.
∎ Must be competent in major computer programs like MS Office & Graphic Design.

Salary:
∎ Salary range BDT 15,000-18,000; negotiable.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Sales commission based on performance & target.
∎ Festival Bonus as per company's existing rules & policy.
