∎ In-depth knowledge of filter manufacturing standards (e.g., ISO, EN 779, EN 1822).
∎ Hands-on experience with G4, F7, F9, H13, and H14 filters.
∎ Proven expertise in after-sales service and on-site testing.
∎ Strong understanding of customer handling and technical discussions.
∎ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Ability to manage international communication with overseas principals.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
∎ Self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
∎ Flexibility to travel for customer visits and on-site testing.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive sales of Air Filters (G4, F7, F9, H13, and H14), ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for clients.
∎ Possess complete knowledge of filter manufacturing standards, models, types, and categories.
∎ Provide exceptional after-sales service, including troubleshooting and technical support.
∎ Coordinate with overseas principals for product inquiries, orders, and technical updates.
∎ Conduct on-site filter testing and performance verification.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in air filtration systems.
