Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a deep understanding of industrial products, systems, and services being offered and stay updated with advancements and updates in industrial technology and products.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the industrial sector through extensive client visit.
∎ Understand client requirements, propose appropriate solutions, and provide product demonstrations.
∎ Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase products and services to clients.
∎ Explain the technical features and benefits of industrial offerings in a clear and persuasive manner.
∎ Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals within the industrial sector.
∎ Identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities within the industrial market.
∎ Use market insights to develop effective sales approaches and strategies.
∎ Arrange to provide after-sales support by addressing technical inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth product implementation and integration for clients.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagements.
Additional Requirements:
