Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Architecture

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market/segment and the achievement of given sales targets
∎ Receive customer requests, making sure that the requirements are clear, and that the proposals documentation prepared matches customer requirements.
∎ Work closely with customers to align their technical needs with company standard
∎ Work with Engineering team, Sales support and PMD to achieve on time performance and completeness.
∎ Regularly visit customers to build and maintain relationship as well as listen to their feedback and promote NSBLV products/solutions and brand
∎ Identify and cultivate new accounts
∎ Ensure the compliance of sales budget, pricing, payment terms & rebate protocols according to company strategy/policy
∎ Initiate and manage the commercial negotiations for company on sales agreements and other offers.
