Education:
∎ Bachelor's or Graduate degree from any reputed university with a good academic background.
∎ HSC (Minimum) or Hon’s Running degree.

∎ Having experience in Facebook & E-Commerce platforms will get a preference.
∎ A team worker who believes in team commitment.
∎ Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications must.
∎ Honest, Smart, and Energetic in any atmosphere.
∎ Setting a mind to listen to customer inquiries properly and provide prompt resolution.
∎ Good English and Bangla Typing speed & negotiation skills is a must.
∎ Must have the willingness to learn, vast communication, problem-solving nature & leadership skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proficiency in managing customers over phone call, follow up, text is mandatory.
∎ Respond to incoming messages and phone inquiries.
∎ Determine to support or assist customers after sales.
∎ Handle & Manage  Logistics Calls ( Couriers & Riders)
∎ Manage Courier entries and Delivery Confirmation.
∎ Keep Track on Inventory to ensure stocks.
∎ Manage Official Facebook pages accordingly and collect leads from relevant sources.
∎ Maintain records and other documentation and up-to-date Daily and monthly sales reports.
∎ Handle & resolving customer complaints and communicating issues with the help of the team.
∎ Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Understand the needs of  business customers.
∎ Record sales and order information or enter sales information into a computer system.
∎ Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet sales targets.
