Job Context:
∎ Position is for a full time self-employed contractor.
∎ We are looking for self-organised and self-driven individuals, as our corporate culture allows for a great amount of personal freedom, creativity, and accountability during the day-to-day working sessions.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Speaking with leads over the phone to understand their children's musical history and future goals so we can serve them effectively
∎ Organising initial lessons => liaising with parents & tutors, completing due diligence, ensure the lesson goes well
∎ Maintaining a professional level of communication with customers via phone or email
∎ General management and control tasks in regards to our provision of 1on1 music lessons, group workshops, events, courses, and other services
∎ Collaborating and actively engaging with colleagues to achieve work goals and maintain a positive and supportive team environment
∎ Working hours EITHER UK-centred (4pm-12am Bangladesh Standard Time) or USA East Coast-centred (9pm-5am Bangladesh Standard Time) => UK vs USA working hours will be determined as part of the application process, but applicants are expected to be able to work in either time zone.
∎ A good and stable internet connection at home or at the place where the work will take place
∎ Must have backup power during load-shedding

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 65 years
∎ An appreciation for music as a high artform and an educational pathway is encouraged.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 65000 - 72000 (Monthly)
∎ Roughly equivalent to £500 or $600. Opportunities for salary growth based on performance.
