Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma engineering in Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical Engineering from government polytechnical and related field
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Searching for new customer and client who could be nifty from our product in a designated region
∎ Travelling to visit potential clients around Bangladesh
∎ Establishing new and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
∎ Managing and interpreting customer requirements
∎ Negotiate with clients about our product or service which best satisfy their needs
∎ Calculating client quotations
∎ Negotiating tender and contract terms
∎ Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
∎ Offering after-sales support services
∎ Analyzing costs and sales
∎ Preparing reports for head office
∎ Meeting regular sales targets
∎ Recording and maintaining client contact data
∎ coordinating with sales and projects
∎ Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
∎ Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
∎ Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
∎ Solving client problems
∎ To perform lead a technical team to install, pre-com, commissioning and handover of fire dictation, fire alarm, Fire Pump system.
∎ Explain abut fire protection system to value customer in new organization such as all EPZ, Garments and all other verity of industry around Bangladesh
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ years' experience in sales and installation of electrical & Instrumentation and mechanical system such as fire detection, fire alarm, fire pump and others
∎ In-depth knowledge of electrical & Instrumentation and mechanical system such as fire detection, fire alarm, fire pump and others
∎ Extensive knowledge of seals with convincing customer by explaining customer of new technology to adept with their business
∎ Understanding of verity of process such as multistoried building constriction, EPZ, Industry, and garments sector where big market of fire protection system
∎ Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and problem solve effectively
∎ Knowing well technic how to work closely with customer due to customer satisfaction which is our goal
∎ Extra advantage if you have working experience with fire Protection related Company.
