Educational Requirements:
∎ Should have completed Diploma in Health and Safety Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Diploma in Health and Safety,HSE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Health and Safety, Health Safety and Environment, HSE

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure compliance with all the environmental safety measures as per applicable stipulations, rules and regulations.
∎ Ensure workplace safety comply with EHS statutory requirements
∎ Implement and promote EHS programs
∎ Conduct regular site safety inspection and follow up actions
∎ Toll Box Talk, Safety inductions, records.
∎ Coordination with client, consultants, TPI etc.
∎ Implementations HSE with subcontractors/ vendors/ service providers etc.
∎ Work permits for construction activities
∎ Carrying out risk assessment & considering how risks could be reduced
∎ Assist in incident investigation
∎ Preparation, Implementation and Management of Records, Formats, Documents, Checklists, Safety measures, Control Plan, Safety Precautions, etc. with respect to Company Manuals and Client requirements.
∎ Ensuring daily, Weekly & Monthly HSE reports for the projects at site for the submission to Client.
∎ Conduct and present daily safety report
∎ Conduct regular safety trailing, briefing, etc
∎ Implement risk assessment and controls on site activities
∎ Assisting reporting manager in preparation of HSE policy
∎ Assisting superior in preparation project bid documents (related to safety aspects)
∎ Ensure adherence to ISO and HSE standards and procedures related to work area

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 80000 (Monthly)
