∎ Must be fluent in English (spoken, and written).
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience.
∎ 5 years of experience in the field of various maintenance work specialization (mechanical, electrical, agricultural, etc.)
∎ Must have a leadership and organizational personality and be proficient in using operation and maintenance programs and applications.
∎ Must have a valid driving license.

∎ Preparing and distributing work orders to technicians and following up on completion to secure their requirements.
∎ Review daily reports from technicians.
∎ Directing supervisors and monitors to ensure theirgood performance and completion of work.
∎ Determine the requirements for spare parts andconsumables for his department. Daily coordination with the main engineer.
