Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's or diploma degree in Safety, Health, Engineering or related discipline preferred.
∎ Current certifications in Courses: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, HABC Fire Safety, Medic First Aid, Construction Safety and Industry Standards plus familiarity with DOE desirable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction Safety, Project Safety, Safety compliance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides project management team with guidance on health and safety and confirm project site fulfills industry safety guidelines and regulations.
∎ Collaborates with management to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve as primary contact for project site injury and incident notification, investigation, and case management. Maintains a written log of safety inspection activities, reports, and correspondence.
∎ Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals, internal policies and procedures, contract documents, and good EHS practices.
∎ Develops and maintains project EHS at project area.
∎ Participates in team meetings and provides regular on-site project presence.
∎ Development of EHS procedures for the people & plant operation for the company..
∎ Ensure safety measures are taken and maintained by all contractors and sub-contractors.
∎ Cross discipline coordination and support
∎ Preparing different internal EHS Reports on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis and coordinating & following up internal reporting from sites to maintain a smooth central reporting system.
∎ Ensuring Full compliance on safe work practice.
∎ Maintaining the Central database system for incidents & accidents and following up the action status for proper completion for reducing the re occurrence of the unwanted events.
∎ Deliver Annual Environmental Health and Safety plan and monitor actions, obtain quarterly review of the plan approved by the PD.
∎ Coordinate EHS inspection; coordinate for closeout of the actions derived from the recommendations of the project site inspection.
∎ Review safety requirements for issuance of Permit to Work (PTW) for all safety critical activities.
∎ Induction training to new joiners and visitors.
∎ Supervision of EHS Compliance by employees.
∎ Any other relevant assignment by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years large scale Foreign/Local commercial, government, or industrial project management safety profession experience.
∎ EHS policies and procedures.
∎ Large construction project/ industry experience/ Large building construction.
∎ Conceptual planning ability.
∎ Conflict management and problem-solving skills.
∎ Leadership ability.
∎ Multi-tasking ability.
∎ Email Communication, meeting, and presentation skills.
∎ Comfort with time reporting systems.
∎
