Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Leadership and Good Communication skill., Safety and Security Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborates with management to develop, prepare, and implement safety and security policies and procedures.
∎ Coordinates the safety and security programs (including fire and occupational hazard factors) to promote and ensure a safe working environment.
∎ Evaluates the effectiveness of safety and security programs.
∎ Reviews current safety training and recommends revisions, improvements, and updates.
∎ Submits recommendations for improvements and additions to the safety management program including emergency preparedness, accident prevention, general safety, and risk management.
∎ Stops operations and activities that could harm staff or equipment.
∎ Identifies opportunities to minimise workplace injuries, accidents, and health problems.
∎ Shares environmental safety information with appropriate levels in the organisation.
∎ Prepares and implements departmental budget.
∎ Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, codes, and rules.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Registered and proven experience as security supervisor.
∎ Patrol property on foot, securing personnel, assets, buildings, gates, and fence perimeter are secure in all weather conditions.
∎ Investigate and take the appropriate lawfully action as authorised by the corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety and fire incidents.
∎ Control and monitor surveillance equipment, and perform on going work safety measures and equipment inspections.
∎ Control and monitor fire safety equipment, and fire fighting components and equipment inspections.
∎ Maintaining guard access points, permitting or refusing entry, restraining trespassers, and direct heavy traffic during start and end of business hours.
∎ Conducts performance evaluations for security staff as per SOP.
∎ Complete daily reports, including relevant information, observations, surveillance footage, and signatures
Salary: Negotiable
