Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering
∎ The incumbent must be a Diploma in Printing Technology from reputed institution-major in Offset Printing will be preferred
∎ Training/Trade Course: Trade Course
∎ Skills Required: Printing Technology

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Packaging, Packaging Industry, Printing, printing and packaging
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Packaging Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Machine Setup: Set up and prepare rotogravure printing machines for production runs, ensuring that all necessary materials and components are in place.
∎ 2. Printing Operations: Operate the rotogravure printing machine to produce high-quality printed materials. Monitor the printing process to maintain consistent print quality throughout the production run. Understanding of Film development process, Color combination process, quality control process and other aluminum foil, pet, bopp, pvcfilm, polyster, bolyster, poly, matelized printing process. Confirm color shade, detergent, Solvent & Thinner as per necessity.
∎ 3. Material Inspection: Inspect raw materials, inks, and other supplies to ensure they meet quality standards. Make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal printing conditions.
∎ 4. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on the printing machine, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that may arise during production.
∎ 5. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet specifications, including color accuracy, registration, and print clarity.
∎ 6. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.
∎ 7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production records, including production quantities, material usage, and any machine adjustments made during the printing process.
∎ 8. Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members, including machine assistants and quality control personnel, to achieve production goals and maintain quality standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 5 years of practical experience in Printing related activities
∎ The Candidates should have fair knowledge in Rotogravure Printing Machine,
∎ Quality & Maintenance work
∎ The incumbent must be a Diploma in Printing Technology from reputed
∎ institution-major in Offset Printing will be preferred
∎ Experience Requirements
∎ Must have computer skills( M.S Office with Auto-CAD)
