Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering/ IPE from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Designing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To design sheet metal and plastic products, mold & die in details by Solid works & AutoCAD.
∎ Analysis products parts design and improvise new design.
∎ Research & Develop different metal process to shorten production process time.
∎ To research on how the design will work and in cost-effective.
∎ Developing products according to required Standards.
∎ Making QC, PSI product standard for QC checking.
∎ Collaboration with designer for new product & concept development and analysis of competitor products.
∎ To carry out any other tasks given by in-charge/HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Candidates must have related experience in the field (metal process).
∎ People with metal process work experience (Die, Polishing, Injection mold) are encouraged to apply.
∎ Should have Clear understanding of product design and other manufacturing process.
∎ Should have strong analytical ability with proven strength in suggesting creative solutions and innovative ideas.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
∎ Basic Knowledge on design and drafting software is a must.
∎ Should have sound experience in Office excel.
